Vancouver Island's largest and oldest school of Art, VCA offers art classes in 95 different subjects annually. It is the only art school in Victoria offering diploma courses in both Fine Arts and Applied Arts. Designated a Centre of Excellence in Animation education (one of 5 in Canada), the Victoria College of Art is unique on the island for preparing students for animation, Illustration and Fine Arts careers.
