Vancouver Island's oldest art college since 1973, VCA offers Diploma programs in Applied Arts and Fine Arts. A Centre of Excellence in 2D Animation since 2015, VCA is one of six in Canada that offers the Industy Certified ToonBoom Harmony Program.
VCA has recently relocated to studio 1030 at 4495 Happy Valley Road in the artistic heart of the village of Metchosin on the Westshore of Greater Victoria.
